Rows of parallel white stripes are seen in numerous locations on Mars. These are tubes, probably used for transportation or walkways. Often, these lie along the borders of mesas containing shapes themselves suggestive of artificiality. The example above shows a hint of the tube-like structures seen underneath these stripes wherever the ground is broken.
